Bio:
As the founder of Conserv Fuel, I launched this website as a platform to enable others to join the alternative fuel discussion. This website’s purpose is to engage anyone interested in progressing our current transportation infrastructure. ConservFuel encourages other to establish a personal profile, learn about the latest news in the alternative transportation world, and take action on items hindering this new sector’s progress.
The pictured posted is from 2007 when Obama came to my station to thank me “for taking the lead on saving our planet.” As Obama did for me, I would like to encourage others to join me in my efforts to retake “the lead on saving our planet.” Please start by signing up as a member and posting a profile describing your particular interest in the development of sustainable forms of alternative transportation.

Your Tips (2)
- 07/30/2009 Make sure that your tires are properly inflated to the PSI number that is displayed on your tire. Under and over inflated tires will reduce the fuel efficiency of your vehicle.
- 07/21/2009 Removing your gas cap as little as possible will save you gas. Over 147 million gallons of gas evaporate from tanks each year. Every time you open the gas tank, you lose gas vapor that your car could use. So you should try to open it up as little as possible. Furthermore, a car that is low on gas weighs less, and it takes less gas to move it.
